As many of you have no doubt asked yourself is PCC legal, legit, above board.... and so on.
Well fair question, as we all know the saying - If something seems too good to be true, its probably is!
As you should also know - Not always.
We at PCC do not shy away from the hard questions, or any question for that matter!
Actually there are no hard questions when it comes to Privilege Car Club Ltd because its is all above board and legal.
It is only when something or someone has something to hide that they shy away from answering questions.
Like any business or club we are under regulations and we have done everything to make sure we are in the framework of these.
We have passed all the companies house criteria.
Online merchant banking criteria.
They looked at PCC in the same way originally.
Hence why we are issuing shares to each founding member for their donations as this gives each member ownership of the company.
These will be worth a fortune in the future regardless of individuals success.
As all the company does is become a cash rich, asset rich company.
We have already had interest from big investors wanting to buy part of company because they see what it will become.
But we told them only members can receive shares so they need to join
Mind you we will always get accused of this because of a lack of knowledge on the part of the haters and no desire to find out more either.
A legal standpoint is this :-
We are a crowdfunding club and crowdfunding is unregulated at this moment in time.
Definitions according to Law in association with DTI and DSA regulations.
A pyramid scheme is a way of making money that cannot continue very long. It involves promising people payment, services or ideals, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme or training them to take part.
A pyramid scheme is also where people at the top of the pyramid are paid more than people at the bottom can ever achieve or realise.
Network Marketing, MLM, and Affiliate companies are often seen as pyramid schemes but are not illegal as they do not pay people for recruiting directly but are based upon sales, services or ideals that benefit the distributors equally and fairly.
Privilege Car Club Ltd is a Club of private members that refer other people (members) in a common goal to have the privilege of driving a brand new car every 2 years.
PCC uses a Horizontal and Vertical Affiliate Tracking Software to acknowledge where members were referred from in a fair way.
Each member is equal and can achieve the same as every other member.
No person in PCC has positions or rewards that are not on offer to other members.
PCC does not pay any person for recruiting people.
In fact all members pay to be a member to use the clubs asserts.
It offers benefits to the members for their activity.
Any payments that are considered by PCC Ltd are for speaking and promoting the concept once they have achieved a certain level of reward.
This is to solely promote what PCC have done for them and how they are benefiting from the clubs assets and goals.
These payments are solely for the purpose of speaking and assisting the development of the club and its goals.
